Most body treatments are traditionally performed with the client unclothed. However, you may decide what amount of clothing you prefer to wear for your comfort. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on.

If this is your first massage or facial at our office, we suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow you time to complete a client questionnaire. This will enable you to enjoy your entire allotted time.

We request that all guests give us a 24-hour cancellation notice.

While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. We have a specially designed massage table for added comfort. Please notify us at the time of your appointment booking so that we can offer guidance.

You and the practitioner will discuss the desired outcome of your session. This will determine which parts of your body require massage. A full-body session lasts one hour and includes work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders.

The skin cells take about 28 days to reach the surface (in optimum circumstances), so it is beneficial to cleanse deep and moisturize the skin once a month. Your skincare expert can also recommend the proper home care agenda to help you maintain your skin's well-being.

Before your initial visit, you will be required to fill out a client questionnaire which will let the practitioners know about any medical conditions, injuries, medications, etc., that they should be aware of and will proceed accordingly. If you are unsure about receiving any treatment, please consult your physician before making the appointment.
